How to Add Items to Your Itinerary

Every trip in SimplyVoy has a day-by-day itinerary. You can add anything to it — a flight, a hotel check-in, a restaurant booking, an activity, or just a reminder — one item at a time.

Step 1 — Open "+ Add item"

Open your trip and go to the Itinerary tab. Tap + Add item at the top, next to Import Itinerary and Export.

Tip: you can also tap the small + Add link inside any day's header to add an item straight to that day.

Step 2 — Pick a type and fill in the basics

A short form opens:

• Type — Flight, Hotel / Stay, Restaurant, Activity, Transport, or Other
• Date — which day this belongs to
• Title — anything you like, e.g. "Flight to Paris" or "Colosseum tour"

Everything else on the form is optional:

• Start time / End time
• Location — an address or place name
• City — used to show weather for that day, and shown on the item
• Confirmation # — a booking reference
• Attending — if your trip has more than one family, choose who this applies to (leave blank and everyone's included)
• Notes — anything else worth remembering

Step 3 — Save it

Tap Add item. It shows up right away on the day you picked, in time order with everything else planned for that day.

SimplyVoy automatically fetches a photo for the item, and — for hotels and activities — tries to match it to a real bookable option with pricing and ratings, shown right on the card.

Editing or removing an item later

Tap any item to edit it, or use its menu to remove it. Nothing is ever lost by accident — deleted items go to a Deleted Items list in Settings, where they can be restored.
