Using SimplyVoy
SimplyVoy is a travel planning tool. By creating an account you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content
You own the trip data you create. We store it on your behalf and do not claim any ownership over it. You are responsible for ensuring anything you store does not infringe third-party rights.
AI features
Voy AI suggestions are generated by large language models and may not always be accurate. Always verify travel details (times, prices, availability) independently before acting on them. SimplyVoy is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice before removing features that affect paid plans.
Paid plans
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
Age and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
SimplyVoy is intended for use by individuals planning personal or group travel. Commercial resale or redistribution of the service requires separate written agreement.
Accuracy of information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when creating an account — including your name, email address, home location, and age group. Providing false information, including misrepresenting your age, is a breach of these terms. SimplyVoy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where material inaccuracies are identified.
Trip data, expenses, and itinerary content you enter are your responsibility.SimplyVoy stores this data on your behalf but does not verify its accuracy.
